Bobby Holley and the Church of Living Water have teamed up with Seelye Kia of Battle Creek for another Essay Contest giving away free bikes to kids!

On June 28th, from 2pm – 4pm at Seelye Kia of Battle Creek, Bobby Holley will be holding an Essay Contest for children age 7-10/2nd-6th Grade to win a free bike! Participating children are expected write a brief, one paragraph essay on “Why Do I Need A Bike”, describing their need and how they intend to use and enjoy their new bike.

Who it’s For: Children ages 7 to 10 years old, or who are in 2nd to 6th Grade.

Children may register at the event. If all the bicycles are given away during this event, children who are still registered but did not receive a bicycle may be directed toward smaller events at a later date where they may possibly receive a bicycle.

What to Expect:

Arrive at Seelye Kia of Battle Creek around 2pm, with your child and their essay. Organizers and Sponsors may have a brief message before starting the essay contest, in which Bobby Holley will call on a participating child who is on the registration list to come turn in their essay. Once they’ve turned in their essay, they can go pick out a suitable bicycle (there are a couple different sizes, and selections for boys or girls) and may be asked to stay by their bicycle until the Essay portion is completed.
